KUALA LUMPUR, March 16 – Maxis, Malaysia’s leading integrated telecommunications provider, and Dell Technologies are teaming up to empower businesses in Malaysia with advanced cybersecurity and innovative enterprise endpoint solutions on 5G. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at the Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona, Spain, where Maxis participated as part of the Malaysia Pavilion. Present were Yang Berhormat Fahmi Fadzil, Minister of Communications Malaysia, and Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Mohamad Salim Fateh Din, Chairman of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
Under the MoU, Maxis and Dell Technologies will collaborate on offerings to better safeguard businesses from cyber threats and ensure robust business recovery mechanisms. This includes leveraging 5G connectivity to enhance workplace productivity with innovative endpoint solutions. The collaboration signifies a shared commitment to driving innovation and supporting Malaysia’s digital economy, providing enhanced value to businesses navigating digital transformation.
