ISKANDAR PUTERI, July 11 – Tiong Nam Hospitality Group has ventured into the marina industry with the addition of Pinetree Marina & Resort to its portfolio in Puteri Harbour. This strategic expansion underscores the Group’s commitment to enhancing luxury marina experiences and broadening its hospitality offerings. Initially managing the 107-room resort since 2018, the Group now integrates a newly established marina featuring 76 berths, catering to diverse vessels.
The marina’s development includes plans for a Private Marina and Mega Yacht Marina, catering to small boats and luxury vessels, respectively. Strategically located along the Southeast Asian maritime routes, Pinetree Marina & Resort serves as a gateway for boaters from Phuket, Langkawi, Pangkor Island, Kota Kinabalu, and Singapore.
