KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 23 – Strong winds and rough seas off the coast of West Johor expected to continue until tonight. Malaysian Meteorological Department said in a statement today, thunderstorms can cause high winds up to 50 miles per hour with waves up to 3.5 meters. The situation was dangerous to small boats.
