TERENGGANU, May 29 — Agong Cup Rugby Championship 2026 contenders Terengganu dismissed claims of an easier route following several team withdrawals.
With the side drawn alongside defending champions Royal Malaysia Police(PDRM) in Group A. Terengganu Rugby State Association deputy president Che Mohd Zulkarnain Abdul Wahab said every team still has an equal chance of challenging for the title.
Terengganu will field a 35-player squad featuring 16 local players, former national captain Mohammad Nasharudin Ismail and four Fijian imports.
The team opens its campaign against Kuala Lumpur this Saturday at Padang Astaka, Petaling Jaya.
