KUANTAN, May 9 – Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah has called for Pahang to be given fair treatment and equal consideration.
Following recent remarks by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim regarding federal allocations to the state. In a brief media statement issued from Istana Abdulaziz in Kuantan.
The Crown Prince said he had taken note of the Prime Minister’s statement and reaffirmed his position on the matter.
Tengku Hassanal also included a traditional Malay pantun emphasising the values of gratitude and remembrance of goodwill.
The statement, issued on May 8, 2026, underscored the importance of ensuring that Pahang receives balanced and just consideration in national matters.
