PETALING JAYA, May 25 — Former Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli has criticised former DAP leader Tony Pua for labelling PKR MPs aligned with him as “self-serving chicken.”

Over their decision not to vacate their seats after expressing support for Parti Bersama Malaysia. Rafizi said Pua’s remarks reflected internal factional differences within Democratic Action Party (DAP).

Claiming one faction wanted the coalition government to collapse while another led by secretary-general Anthony Loke preferred to preserve the current administration.

Rafizi defended his decision and that of former Setiawangsa MP Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad to resign their seats, saying it was done out of respect for the democratic mandate while ensuring government stability.
