KUALA LUMPUR, June 21 — Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) and ENCORP Berhad have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on the design and construction of housing for FELDA staff.
Under the agreement, ENCORP will serve as the main contractor under a design-and-build model, subject to final approvals.
FELDA said the initiative aims to improve employee wellbeing through modern, functional and comfortable housing.
ENCORP Group CEO Ahmad Harzimi Mohd Taib said the company is committed to delivering quality residential environments for FELDA’s workforce.
The collaboration builds on ENCORP’s previous housing projects, including the Lamanda Chuping development in Perlis.
