KUALA LUMPUR, June 16 — Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation (MRT Corp) and IJM Land Berhad have launched THE LINQUE.
A RM600 million transit-oriented development directly connected to Cochrane MRT Station. The project will feature 586 serviced apartments, retail outlets and covered access to the MRT station.
Making it MRT Corp’s first transit-oriented development in the Klang Valley. Officiated by Anthony Loke Siew Fook, THE LINQUE offers seamless connectivity to key destinations.
Including TRX, Maluri, MyTOWN Shopping Centre and IKEA Cheras. The development is designed to integrate housing, transport and lifestyle amenities.
While supporting Kuala Lumpur’s transition towards a more sustainable and connected urban future.
