KUALA LUMPUR, August 17 — Maxis Bhd has appointed chief executive officer Goh Seow Eng as executive director, expanding his leadership role to the telecommunications group’s board.
Goh, 62, has led Maxis since Dec 1, 2022. Before joining Maxis, he served as president and chief operating officer of Thailand’s Advanced Info Service.
And previously held senior positions at Singtel and Astro Malaysia. His career also spans financial services, including roles at Citibank and Wells Fargo.
The appointment strengthens Goh’s role as Maxis continues pursuing growth across connectivity, enterprise solutions and digital services.
