GEORGE TOWN, August 22 — 1926 Heritage Hotel Penang is marking its centennial with a new vintage car experience designed to showcase George Town’s history at a slower pace.
Developed with Classic Wheels Signature and Foi Mémoire, the 30-minute Heritage Discovery Drive takes guests through Northam Road, the historic waterfront, Fort Cornwallis and Beach Street in a 1960 Jaguar Mark II or similar classic car.
Guests will also wear Nyonya-inspired attire during the experience. A two-day, one-night package starts from RM870+ and includes accommodation, breakfast for two and the heritage drive.
Bookings open Aug 23, with stays available from Aug 28 to Nov 27.
