KUALA LUMPUR, March 17 – The government will no longer answer the questions on the RM2.6 billion issue in the Dewan Rakyat as it is now subject to a legal process in court, said Minister in Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said.

In the meantime, she also said that the RM2.6 billion and SRC International issues were now been subject of a suit filed in the High Court (Appelate and Special Powers Division) by the Malaysian Bar against Attorney-General (AG) Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali on Monday.

She said that the issues are now subject to (Dewan Rakyat) Standing Order 23(1)(g) which states that a question shall not be so drafted as to be likely to prejudice a case under trial, or be asked to any matter which is sub-judice. She said this in a statement here yesterday.
