KUALA LUMPUR, October 21 — Malaysian badminton player Lee Zii Jia has settled a legal dispute with his father and siblings over the finances and management of LZJ Management Sdn Bhd.
The High Court recorded a consent judgment, with all parties agreeing to hold an extraordinary general meeting on Oct 31.
Until then, his father and elder sister are restricted from approving additional financial benefits or making major company decisions without court approval.
The dispute began in July when Zii Jia sought an injunction over the company’s financial and management arrangements.
