GEORGE TOWN, Aug 13 – JSC Studio Proprietor JohnShen Lee had lodge a police report against James Khor Chye Siew live in Lebuh Macallum with the Email: [email protected] / Whatsapp: 0165641988 / CIMB Bank No.: 7053450197 for using JSC Studio company name to publish his advertising on 30 July 2015 at Guang Ming Ribao. He claim that he is not Malaysian but from the look and the way he speak we JSC Studio can confirm he is a local person.
“He find a lot of excuses said that he could’t register a company because he is foreigner which is from China. We JSC Studio does not authorise any third party to do any purchase and sales transaction on behalf of JSC Studio in any type of businesses. JSC Studio did not employ and/or hired any third party. We JSC Studio does not responsible for any purchase and sales transaction that had been made by third party,” said JSC Studio proprietor JohnShen Lee.
“JSC Studio have only two authorise employee which is JohnShen Lee and Rachel Yeap. Using JSC Studio company name is a serious offence and it will spoil my company reputation. I will seek the legal adviser and see how I can take actions against James Khor and prevent further incident to be happen. Lastly, I would like to urged public be aware to this guy who name as James Khor Chye Siew. I’m sure he is not only using my company name, but i’m sure he will be using other company as well,” he added.
