KUALA NERUS, Aug 22 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak arrived here Saturday to make a day trip to the East Coast with starting from Terengganu. The People’s was opening banquet and conference program delegates Kuala Nerus Division. Najib’s arrival in a special aircraft at Sultan Mahmud Airport here were greeted by the Terengganu Chief Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Razif Abdul Rahman, state executive councilors and local leaders.
Upon his arrival, he was accompanied by Ahmad Razif immediately brought to the compound of the State Sports Complex Indoor Stadium in Gong Badak here on a rickshaw for opening the Umno division delegates Kuala Nerus. The Prime Minister is also expected to officiate at a public feast at the indoor stadium grounds here which will be attended by 16,000 local residents. In the afternoon, the Prime Minister will go to Harare to meet the people who are held in Lubok Jong in Rantau Panjang.
