KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 26 – Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) had been announced in the statement on Tuesday about the several road closure in the conjunction with the parade / procession of the 58th Merdeka which will be held in Dataran Merdeka in this coming Thursday which start from 6:00am on August 27, 2015 until August 31, 2015.
“The purpose that to close the road is to come out the layout of the assets (vehicles) before we starting up to the end of the parade and the layout of the procession from start to the end. In the same time, we also need to prepare well for the location of celebration, vehicle parking place for VVIP /VIP and invitation. We also need to work for preparing the venue.,” said in the statement of PDRM.
The diversion / road closures will be implemented in stages starting 06:00am and will reopen back after the completion of the phased. The roads who involved in the diversion / road closures are as below:

- Mahameru Road / Damansara Road (Carcosa)
- Mahameru Road / Damansara Road (Susur National Museum)
- Hismuddin Roundabouts / Lembah Road (National Mosque)

- Kinabalu Road / Hishamuddin Road (Susur Bukit Aman)

- Capital Market Street / Hang Kasturi Road
