We want our candidate to have integrity and credibility are all acceptable,” he told reporters after opening the Johor Gerakan delegates conference here Sunday.
“This only when there are only a few states that have yet to list the names of candidates. On Johor, the party will discuss with leaders of Barisan Nasional (BN) to take back the seat Legislative Assembly (DUN) Skudai previously submitted to the MCA. We will discuss with BN for the Skudai state seat to be given back to Gerakan for this coming general election,” he said.
He said Johor Gerakan party was ready with making the necessary preparation for the coming general election which to retain the Simpang Renggam parliamentary seat and the Pemanis state seat.

He urged party member said weather they like or not, the member must abide by the party’s decision which to choose a candidate and we will take action immediately to any members who sabotaged the candidate and the party.
“Meanwhile, I would like to advice the people continue to focus on the country’s development instead of sowing hatred through street protests and demonstrations which could scare away investors and tourists from coming to the country. This was in addition to instilling racial hatred which it may also cause loss of state for foreign investors,” said Mah who is Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department.
“They see this thing through social media and we are worried investors and tourists eventually afraid to come to our country. In the meantime, there qwew also not everything can be politicized because it would be detrimental to all parties. We do not need a hero to the Chinese, Malays and Indians but instead we need a hero to Malaysia,” he said.
