KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 26 – The Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu has ordered the arrest of a social media user who allegedly linked the statutory declaration (SD) by the brother of murdered deputy public prosecutor Kevin Morais to Prime Minister Najib Razak and his wife.
The offending post on Twitter was allegedly made by a Faisal Bin Rohban who listed out several high-profile deaths and linked them to Mr Najib and his wife Rosmah Mansor. Khalid, on his official Twitter page, ordered the Police Cyber Investigation and Response Centre to investigate and arrest the Facebook account holder for sedition. With his tweet, Khalid also attached the screenshot of the seditious statement posted on Faisal Bin Rohban’s Facebook page.
