KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 – Agents and employers can now pay the health examination fees of foreign workers through the Pos Online portal managed by Pos Malaysia. Foreign Workers Medical Examination Monitoring Agency (Fomema) chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Hatar Ismail said today the facility was an alternative to other payment methods such as bank draft, cheque and postal order, and through CIMB Clicks.
In the meantime, he said in a statement that they have provided an additional choice for customers to make payment for foreign workers’ medical examination via the Pos Online portal at www.posonline.com.my, according to Pos Malaysia’s standard operating times.
Meanwhile, Pos Malaysia chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Shukrie Mohd Salleh said employers and employment agents who dealt with Fomema would enjoy a faster and easier way to make payments. The electronic payment system also simplified the process of monitoring the records of payments made by employers to ensure they adhered to business ethics and legislation, he said in the statement.
