KUALA LUMPUR, March 23 – The Exit 701 at the PGA Interchange, Cheras-Kajang Highway would be partially closed for a week from Friday (March 25) to March 31, to facilitate painting works. MMC-Gamuda KVMRT (PDP) Sdn Bhd in a statement yesterday said the closure would be from 10pm to 5am and will be implemented in three stages.
For stage 1 (March 25 to 26), one lane closure on the most left lane on the slip road entering PGA – Kajang bound; Stage 2 (March 27 to 29), median 1 lane closure on each direction – PGA bound and Kuala Lumpur bound and Stage 3 (March 30 to 31), slip road closure (Kajang Bound) from PGA, the statement said.
It said this during these closure, motorists are advised to use the lane available on each bound. In the meantime, for the slip of the road closure during the Stage 3, motorists who are heading to Kajang are advised to turn left after the traffic light to Kajang bound.
