GEORGE TOWN, March 27 – Seri Delima Assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer, who is also a DAP member, has lodge a police report this morning against the rally that held at the compound of “Taman Manggis” in Jalan Burma on 25 March 2016 which organized by MCA, Gerakan and myPPP.
He said there are certain parties in the rally also made statements against Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and the Penang government which has seized the rights and opportunities of the poor people or families. Meanwhile, he said the certain parties also claimed in the rally that Penang did not proceed with the project PPRT in Taman Manggis.
He said he hope that police investigate the matter case under Section 27 of the Police Act 1967 or The Peaceful Assembly Act of 2012 and Section 499 of the Penal Code. He told this to the reporters after lodge the police report at at the Jalan Patani police station in Georgetown, Penang.
Also present were Political Secretary to Chief Minister, YB Wong Hon Wai; Penang Executive Councillor for Tourism Development & Culture, YB Danny Law Heng Kiang; Penang Executive Councillor for Works, Utility & Transportation, YB Lim Hock Seng; Jawi Assemblyman, YB Soon Lip Chee; and Komtar Assemblyman, Teh Lai Heng.
