KUALA LUMPUR, May 10 – Tex Cycle Technology (M) Berhad, in collaboration with Evolusi Bersatu Sdn Bhd, proudly announces the launch of Sabah’s inaugural integrated scheduled waste management facility. This milestone marks a significant leap in environmental sustainability and economic growth for the region, combining Tex Cycle’s expertise in sustainable waste management with Evolusi Bersatu’s local network and industry know-how.
The joint venture, Tex Evolusi Waste Management Sdn Bhd, aims to revolutionize waste management practices in Sabah by prioritizing locally centered waste treatment processes. With an initial investment of RM100.0 million, the facility is set to create over 150 job opportunities and is expected to commence construction in the second half of 2024, targeting full operational status by Q4 2025. This initiative underscores a commitment to responsible waste management, aligning with Sabah’s vision for sustainable development and environmental stewardship.
