KUALA LUMPUR, June 18 — Leading F&B branding and marketing powerhouse BROKU is aiming to raise RM 20 million to support its expansion and further assist local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector. The funds will enhance BROKU’s marketing, customer acquisition, and technology efforts, as well as expand its team capacity in Malaysia. The announcement was made by Ku Addyfazly, founder of BROKU, alongside Sam Shafie, CEO and Co-Founder of PitchIN.

BROKU, which has already transformed nearly 10,000 restaurants, is also launching Broku.com, a data-driven digital marketplace for the F&B industry. This initiative aligns with BROKU’s mission to bridge the RM 90 billion financing gap for underserved F&B merchants by providing better access to credit and financing facilities. Additionally, the BROKU Licensing Program (BLP) has helped 200 companies enhance their business skills, with a reported 35.6% average revenue increase among participants. The fundraising campaign is a significant step towards expanding these efforts and further supporting the growth of Malaysian F&B MSMEs.
