KUALA LUMPUR, July 17 — The Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced that Covid-19 test results no longer need to be uploaded to the MySejahtera application. Starting July 15, medical practitioners will report the results through the eNotifikasi system.
According to MOH, confirmation tests for Covid-19 will now be conducted using professionally administered Rapid Test Kit Antigen (RTK-Ag) or polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests for treatment purposes, not for screening. The eNotifikasi system is used by MOH and health facilities to monitor and notify cases of infectious diseases within Malaysia. This change is part of the updated Covid-19 Management Guidelines following the country’s transition to living with the pandemic.
