SHAH ALAM, August 14 — The Selangor International Business Summit 2024 (SIBS) Series One has concluded on a high note, showcasing the Selangor Investment and Industrial Park Expo (SPARK) 2024 and the Selangor ASEAN Business Conference (SABC) 2024. Held across 9,710 square meters, the events attracted 8,550 visitors from 22 countries. SPARK 2024 featured 285 booths and facilitated a total potential transaction value of RM12.2 billion, significantly surpassing last year’s figures.
SABC 2024 also achieved notable success, with 27 speakers and panelists from ASEAN and Timor-Leste, drawing over 500 attendees, including more than 200 international delegates. The Industri Kreatif ASEAN mini showcase highlighted ASEAN’s vibrant culture. The summit will continue with Series Two, including the Selangor International Expo (F&B), Selangor Life Sciences Convention (SLC), and Selangor Smart City and Digital Economy Convention (SDEC), scheduled for October 16-19, 2024, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
