SHAH ALAM, August 15 — The Selangor International Business Summit 2024 (SIBS) Series One has concluded with remarkable success, showcasing the Selangor Investment and Industrial Park Expo (SPARK) 2024 and the Selangor ASEAN Business Conference (SABC) 2024. Held over 9,710 square meters, the event attracted 8,550 visitors from 22 countries, highlighting its international appeal.
SPARK 2024 featured 285 booths from six countries and facilitated 23 significant agreements, with total potential transactions reaching RM12.2 billion, surpassing its RM7 billion target. Meanwhile, SABC 2024 drew over 500 attendees, including more than 200 international delegates, marking an increase from the previous year. The series’ success sets a high benchmark for the upcoming Series Two events, scheduled for October 16-19, 2024, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
