BAYAN LEPAS, October 16 – A significant sinkhole has developed in Taman Sri Nibong due to a leaking IWK pipe located underground, resulting in soil erosion and the formation of the sinkhole on Lebuh Bukit Kecil 3. The Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) has announced plans to conduct maintenance work to address the issue.
The repair work is expected to take approximately one week. During this time, road users are advised to seek alternative routes, as access to Taman Sri Nibong through Krystal Point will be temporarily closed, affecting travel from Taman Sri Nibong to Krystal Point for the duration of the maintenance period.
