KUALA LUMPUR, October 30 – Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) announced that starting early 2025, customers can access the myTNB platform using MyDigital ID, Malaysia’s digital identity management system. This integration will allow a single sign-on (SSO) option for myTNB users, who will be invited to update their app to try the new login experience firsthand.
TNB stated that this initiative is part of its commitment to support the MyDigital agenda, enhancing both convenience and security for its customers. Through MyDigital ID’s SSO feature, myTNB users will benefit from streamlined access to multiple TNB services, with added protection against data breaches and fraud through centralised digital identity verification.
