BAYAN LEPAS, October 12 — Motorists using Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah will face intermittent night lane closures in both directions until Dec 31 for utility detection works under Penang’s Mutiara Line LRT project.
The closures, operating from 10pm to 5am, affect sections between Jalan Tengah Apartment, Snake Temple and nearby industrial premises.
Towards Komtar, restrictions involve left, middle and rightmost lanes near Snake Temple and Than Hsiang Temple, while Bayan Lepas-bound lanes near Excel Kotgyo, Eng Teknologi, IQ Group and OSRAM will also be affected.
The Jalan Tengah exit slip road and nearby access roads face restrictions, although remaining lanes will stay open.
