SHAH ALAM, February 28 — The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has announced a 6.15 per cent dividend rate for both Simpanan Konvensional and Simpanan Shariah accounts for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025.
EPF chief executive officer Ahmad Zulqarnain Onn said a total of RM79.6 billion will be distributed to members, comprising RM67.1 billion for conventional savings and RM12.5 billion for Shariah savings.
The rate is slightly lower than the 6.3 per cent declared for 2024. Zulqarnain said EPF remains committed to enhancing members’ savings sustainably while supporting long-term retirement planning.
He noted that membership grew from 16.2 million in 2024 to 18.1 million in 2025, partly driven by revised contribution policies for migrant workers. Members can check their dividend statements via i-Akaun starting today.
